## A taste of South America at Platinum Brewed And Hung
When it comes to the food menu, Platinum Brewed And Hung takes you on a culinary odyssey. So loosen that belt a few notches in preparation for a refined, multicultural craft beer pairing adventure right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Although the food is centered around head-to-tail grilled beasts, there are alternatives to barbecue. The food menu is designed to align with the family-style dining culture of Vietnam. Take your pick from our sexy and succulent **all-you-can-eat mixed meat platters** for groups of one, two, four, six, or ten.
Each mixed board order comes with a veggie beer bite and your choice of sauce—Peri-Peri Hot, Chimichurri, Barbecue, Chipotle, Garlic, or a locally-sourced Phu Quoc pepper sauce.
Expect periodically rotated **whole exotic animals** if you opt for the Go Carnivore option. This option is an all-you-can-eat offering including choices of sides and sauces. Be sure to speak up, or we’ll keep filling your board up until you say STOP!
If you’re there for the craft beer and don’t want to fill the belly with an overload of mouthwatering meat boards, try the individual beer snacks like the buttered broccoli and garlic green beans, barbecued quail, homemade chorizo sausage, lamb empanadas, jumbo calamari, or specialty items like the South American boerewors sausages with caramelized onions.
## Two ultimate food pairings
**Option 1:** The Golden Single Dry-hopped Mosaic brew with the Vietnamese-style barbecued spiced beef sausages wrapped in la lot leaves.
**Option 2:** The East Sea Ale goes great with seafood. Therefore, we recommend pairing the East Sea Ale with our grilled octopus and lemongrass.
## Keeping it natural
Every Platinum Beer is made with natural ingredients. As part of our brewing philosophy we refuse to use preservatives and additives in our beer recipes. This theme is carried over into the menu as all meat items are prepared without the use of gas, and the drinking water is filtered naturally with Kishu Binchotan activated charcoal imported from Japan.
Platinum Brewed And Hung’s unique preparation method minimizes waste and optimizes sustainability. By embracing a head-to-tail meat menu we ensure no part of any animal goes uneaten.
